The Association, however, does not endorse any specific program, speaker or instructional materials, noting that there are a number that present the critical components of instruction as defined by current standards of research-based evidence on reading as specified by the National Reading Panel (NRP) 2003.The Australian Dyslexia Association Inc. is not responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make following consultations. ADA Policy on Individual and Family Memberships:

The ADA website gives clear advice on the benefits of individual and family membership as well as obtainable and detailed fact sheets from the website on the pre assessment (there is a dedicated link to full information on pre assessment on the ADA homepage).

GIven the nature of information on the benefits and services of individual and family memberships no refunds are offered once an ADA membership has been purchased and the pre assessment package emailed out. The membership fee can be transfered to another ADA service or transfered to another known family to the member seeking a transfer of funds.
